What will I be doing at Ather?
You will be the voice of Ather on all our critical social channels. You will be responsible for all interactions and outbound content that goes out on any of the channels. On a day to day basis you will have your ears on what our customers, evangelists and super haters talk about us or things that matter to us across online touch-points. You will work with the brand team to plan out the content calendar, conceptualize large and small online campaigns, keep an eye on online trends and ensure that no compromised content ever goes out. Being part of the creative team you will closely work with designers, writers, filmmakers and external agencies to bring your ideas to life.
What kind of experience and skills do I need for this role?
3-5 years of experience in a consumer facing communication role will be great. But we are definitely not looking at someone messed by the corporate world for too long or someone who has worked in some cliche social response role in a media agency.
What should I have graduated in?
Preferably a degree in communication. Anyone with passion and skill for this role is free to apply though.
