At Ather we designed, built and launched the 450 - India’s first intelligent electric scooter. The 450 completely re-defines the Scooter segment by adding an entire range of “new to category” features; and is rapidly changing perceptions about what electric vehicles can do in terms of performance. As a new brand, deep customer engagement across the customer life cycle is core to our strategy. That is where the Ather community comes in - The Ather Forum is an active community that not only helps us build a more personal connect with our customers - both new and existing ones. It helps us reach out to our customers in a transparent, frequent manner but also enables our customers to learn from each other. As we expand across India, managing the community would become one of our most important customer relationship tools. 

What will I be doing at Ather?

  • Managing and growing the online community of our customers - both from a communication point of view, and for the point of view of managing sentiments.
  • Ensure that our communication on the forum is active, regular, transparent and consistent with the organizational video.
  • Think of initiatives to lend a sense of identity to the community and bring them closer to both the brand and to each other.
  • Regularly highlight the Voice of Customer emerging from the Forum to the rest of the team.

What kind of experience & skills do I need for this role? 

  • First-hand experience in managing a consumer-facing Forum or a community
  • Has worked in outward communications facing role in a B2C company

What should I have graduated in?
Preferably a degree in communication. Anyone with passion and skill for this role is free to apply though.
