At Ather, we are redefining how the auto industry engages with its customers. We hate the two things the industry has become known for - substandard customer experience delivered by dealerships and inefficient ways for direct communication with the brand. Besides building a great vehicle, we also want to build a great customer experience that we own end to end. With this approach comes a need to go back to the drawing board for crafting the customer journey from scratch and enabling the teams to seamlessly deliver this experience through smart systems.
