Your role at Ather Design & deliver technical training programs to service technicians, product specialists production associates & engineers.
Create training schedules and classroom agenda across different mediums (ILT, e-learning, webinars, OJT, blended) incorporating adult-learning principles.
Determine the overall effectiveness of the training programs and make improvements. Support the ramp plan for new city launches by arranging for and conducting on-site training. What skills and experience you should have? Solid understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science etc Exposure to complete automotive mechanical components like frames, powertrain, braking system, suspension, bodyworks, diagnostic systems.
Working experience with product lifecycle management (PLM), finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD)
Hands-on experience with computer-aided engineering (CAE) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM)
Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE or other)
Practical experience of having worked on drilling, milling, lathe & CNC machines.
Adequate knowledge of engineering analysis tools (ANSYS, ProMechanica or similar)
Mathematical computing and analysis tools knowledge (Matlab, Excel, LabView etc)
Experience of having used/ trained repair/service tools and measurement instruments
Outstanding communication skills and comfortable addressing/teaching large groups.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities would be a must Great communication skills - written and verbal! What should you have graduated in? Engineering in Mech/Automobile/Industrial/Mechatronics is a must. Masters/Certification in learning and development, training would be preferred.
