YOU’LL BE A MEMBER OF: People Operations and Strategy (HR)


  • Work as an internal consultant for the Factory on all people and statutory related matters
  • Monitor day to day factory HR operations and drive process excellence. Responsible for statutory compliance, records under various labor laws
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Responsible for service conditions of members working in Factory
  • Understand and anticipate the need for change, diagnose the underlying issues and build the case for change with stakeholders. Build frameworks to plan and manage the continuous process of change including dependencies, risk, potential scenarios ad options to mitigate.
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and other HR strategic interventions
  • Be the custodian for employee-related policies
  • Work closely with management and employees 


  • In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, including workers’ compensation, union relations, and state employment laws
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Employee relations role
  • MBA/MSW in Industrial Relations
