Lavina leads the Experience Design Studio at Ather, where she & her team acts as the bridge between users and our tech—designing exactly how people interact with Ather's scooters, chargers, and the entire ecosystem. Lavina has spent the last eight years at Ather helping define what the future of mobility looks like.

Before diving into the world of EVs, Lavina took a stab at entrepreneurship and co-founded Lumos, a wearable tech company where we created smart, sporty backpacks that shipped to 52 countries. Lavina's roots, however, are in pure fashion design. I started my career working with retail heavyweights like Lifestyle, Flying Machine, and Ed Hardy after graduating as a Gold Medallist from NIFT Chennai.
