Position description: As an EA at Ather you are required to work closely with the leadership team to provide seamless support to the group. Be a single point of contact for anything and everything when it comes to managing the leadership's team's work.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Management of complex calendars and scheduling, meeting prioritization, large scale meeting coordination. Scheduling cost-effective air/hotel/ground transportation. Create detailed travel itineraries

Educational qualifications preferred

  • Category: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree

Required Knowledge:

This position requires high levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company. In addition, exceptional written and oral communication skills, high attention to detail, bias for action, detailed planning, time management and organizational skills are required.

Required Skills:

Some of the key skills would be problem-solving, conflict management and learning on the fly

Trust and integrity forms a foundation for this role
