You're right for the job if you can take functional ownership on homologation requirement communication, documentation and review. You are comfortable with deep technical vehicle level and component tests evaluation. You'll excel if you have enthusiasm for digging deep, and a flair for sharp technical communication, prioritization, and organization.

What would you be doing at Ather?

  • Vehicle Preparation and validation for homologation
  • Application preparation/ Drawing Development
  • Coordinate and Review Supplier Documents/ Test Reports/ Certificates
  • Cross-Functional Representation in system specification and test execution
  • Review and Generate Homologation Requirements
  • Prepare Test Specification and Operating Procedures for Homologation
  • Execute Tests and Document The results
  • Vehicle Preparation
  • Coordinate on vehicle inspection, test reports, and records.
  • Interaction with Suppliers / Test Agencies
What Skills and Experience should I have?

  • 2-3 years of functional experience in Indian Automotive Homologation.
  • Exposure /experience of Test standards, Documentation Methods, Reporting Method for Vehicle Homologation.
  • Awareness of Homologation Tests and execution understanding
  • Understanding of Automotive test systems
  • Capability to work in Cross-Functional environment
  • Understanding of system physics

What should you have graduated in?
  • B.Tech/BE in Mech/Automobile/Industrial engineering
