WHAT YOU’LL DO AT ATHER:

Workshop staff management (Recruitment / Performance evaluation / Skill Development)

General administration of the workshop and Facility Management

Ensuring service quality as per standard

Customer complaint tracking, redressal and necessary actions at the dealership

Maintaining customer relationships & increase customer retention / CSI of the shop

Workshop KPI maintenance and analysis for improvement including reporting and escalation

Overall workshop performance including Spare Parts and Secondary network management


HERE’S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Decent communication skills and crisis management


Experience:

Should have managed the service centre (Team of 10 to 15 technicians)

2 to 4 yrs of prior experience in similar field


Qualification:

B.E/B.Tech
