What will I be doing at Ather?

  • Workshop staff management (Recruitment / Performance evaluation / Skill Development)
  • General administration of the workshop  and Facility Management 
  • Ensuring service quality as per standard 
  • Customer complaint tracking, redressal and necessary actions at the dealership
  • Maintaining customer relationships & increase customer retention / CSI of the shop
  • Workshop KPI maintenance and analysis for improvement including reporting and escalation
  • Overall workshop performance including Spare Parts and Secondary network management

What kind of experience & skills do I need for this role? 

  • Should have managed the service centre (Team of 10 to 15 technicians)
  • 2 to 4 yrs of prior experience in similar field
  • Decent communication skills and crisis management
