What will I be doing at Ather?
- Workshop staff management (Recruitment / Performance evaluation / Skill Development)
- General administration of the workshop and Facility Management
- Ensuring service quality as per standard
- Customer complaint tracking, redressal and necessary actions at the dealership
- Maintaining customer relationships & increase customer retention / CSI of the shop
- Workshop KPI maintenance and analysis for improvement including reporting and escalation
- Overall workshop performance including Spare Parts
and Secondary network management
What kind of experience & skills do I need for this role?
- Should have managed the service centre (Team of 10 to 15 technicians)
- 2 to 4 yrs of prior experience in similar field
- Decent communication skills and crisis management
