Ather Energy Limited values its customers and invites all eligible customers who have not yet claimed their off-board charger refund amounts.
In the last more than a year, Ather has made best efforts to reach out to every single eligible customer and successfully processed the claims of approximately 93% of total eligible customers. However, there are still a few who have yet to submit their details for the refund.
Ather has issued a public notice in leading newspapers requesting all customers with pending charger refunds to claim them within three months from the date of publication. You can access the public notice here.
Please use combination of last 4 digits of your Vehicle Identification Number(VIN) and Registration number (As written on your registration certificate) to check your eligibility. You can search for your eligibility status with your details here.
If you see your vehicle details matching the criteria mentioned above, then request you to contact Ather Customer Care by emailing [email protected] along with supporting documents (Charger Invoice, Vehicle Invoice, Registration Certificate and copy of Cancelled Cheque).
