- Onboard Charging: The charger is built directly into the scooter. There is no need to carry a heavy charging brick. Simply plug the power cable directly from any regular wall socket into your scooter.
- Offboard Charging: Uses an external charging unit, which requires carrying a portable charger module with you.

What is the battery warranty for the Ather Konarc?
The standard battery warranty is 3 years or 30,000 km (whichever is earlier). However, with AtherStack™ Pro, you get a complimentary upgrade that extends your battery warranty to 5 years or 60,000 km at no additional cost.
Can I extend the battery warranty on the Ather Konarc beyond 5 years?

What is the boot space of the Ather Konarc?
The Ather Konarc offers 31 litres of boot space, which easily fits your daily essentials or up to two half-face helmets. Additionally, it features a 2-litre front storage compartment with a USB charger for added convenience.
Can I purchase the USB charger as an additional accessory?

How fast does the Ather Konarc charge at an Ather Grid™?
The Ather Konarc supports fast charging at Ather Grid™ locations, giving you a range of up to 15 km in just 10 minutes. Select variants offer up to 30 km in 10 minutes.
What is AtherStack™ Pro?

What is Combined Charging?
Combined Charging is an exclusive feature on the Ather Konarc. In addition to the onboard charger, you can plug in an external offboard charger to charge your scooter, cutting home charging times by up to half.
What is the difference between onboard and offboard charging?
Do I need to buy anything extra to use the Combined Charging feature?
Yes. To use Combined Charging, you will need to purchase an additional 450W charger to use as your offboard charger.
Can the onboard charger be upgraded to a higher wattage instead of adding an offboard charger?
No. The onboard charger is a built-in component of the scooter platform and cannot be upgraded.
What is AirWalk™?
AirWalk™ is a feature designed to help you maneuver the scooter manually. As soon as the scooter detects a manual push or pull, it engages the motor to provide assistive torque in the same direction.
Do I need to activate AirWalk™ every time I use it?
No. AirWalk™ remains active whenever the motor is ON. No settings changes or specific actions are required to engage it each time.
What is the service interval for the Ather Konarc?
The Ather Konarc comes with our "Service Once A Year" promise, requiring routine maintenance just once every 12 months or 10,000 km (whichever comes first). Built for complete peace of mind, this feature ensures effortless ownership with minimal service center visits. Additionally, early owners receive a complimentary initial health checkup for extra reassurance.
