I don't own an Ather yet. Can I see the Cashback offer on the app?
Yes. The app shows you the current month's Cashback offer for specific models.
I don't own an Ather yet. Can I claim the Cashback offer I see on the app?
No. Before you've purchased a vehicle, the offer is shown for your information only. There is no button or action to claim it yet.
My vehicle has been invoiced but not yet delivered. Can I claim the cashback now?
No, not yet. Cashback can only be claimed after your vehicle has been delivered to you.
Why can't I claim cashback before delivery?
Cashback involves a payout to your bank account, so your vehicle needs to be delivered first before the claim can be initiated.
My vehicle has been delivered. I've claimed my cashback — what happens next?
You'll see a process timeline right in the app, showing the stages your cashback claim is moving through. A banner will also appear on your home screen and stay there until the cashback process is complete.
What details do I need to provide for the cashback?
You'll need to provide your bank account details so the cashback amount can be sent to you.
I claimed cashback but didn't finish entering my bank details. What now?
No problem — just come back to the app and complete your bank details whenever you're ready. Your claim will only move forward to the Processing stage once your details are complete. Until then, it will stay on hold, waiting for your information.
How long does cashback take to reflect in my account?
Once claimed (post-delivery) and your details are complete, it takes 8–10 business days for the cashback to reflect in your bank account.
What are the stages my cashback claim goes through?
Where can I track my cashback claim status?
You can track exactly where your claim stands at any time using the in-app process timeline and the home screen banner, which stays visible until the process is complete.
