I don't own an Ather yet. Can I see the EBW offer on the app?
Yes. The app shows you the current month's EBW offer for specific models — an 8-year Extended Battery Warranty worth ₹4,999.
I don't own an Ather yet. Can I claim the EBW offer I see on the app?
No. Before you've purchased a vehicle, the offer is shown for your information only. There is no button or action to claim it yet. You'll be able to claim once your vehicle has been invoiced.
My vehicle has been invoiced but not yet delivered. Can I claim the EBW now?
Yes. You can claim the 8-year EBW (worth ₹4,999) as soon as your vehicle is invoiced.
If I claim EBW before delivery, does it activate immediately?
No. Even though you can claim it at the invoicing stage, the warranty will only be officially activated after your vehicle is delivered to you.
When does my 8-year warranty period actually start?
The warranty period starts from the day of invoice, and extends up to 8 years from the day of invoice — regardless of when you claim it or when your vehicle is delivered.
My vehicle has been delivered. I've claimed my EBW — what happens next?
It activates instantly. You'll immediately see the warranty details reflected in the Warranty section of the app.
I haven't claimed EBW yet and my vehicle has already been delivered. Can I still claim it?
Yes. You can claim the EBW offer any time after invoicing — whether that's before or after delivery. Claiming it post-delivery activates it instantly.
Where can I check my EBW status once claimed?
You can check your EBW details anytime in the Warranty section of the app.
