Can I redeem the Ather Care plan benefits at any authorized Ather Service Center? 

No. You can utilize the plan benefits only at the Service Center you have purchased the plan at.

On which parts are the discounts applicable?

The following parts are considered as Wear & Tear parts. Discounts will be applicable on their replacement costs and the corresponding labor charges:

2. Intermediate Pulley
3. Primary Belt
4. Secondary Belt
5. Brake Pads - Front & Rear
6. Motor Pulley
7. Wheel Bearing - Front & Rear
8. Front Fork Oil Seal

How many times can I get my scooter’s brake pads replaced for free within the Ather Care Max plan?

One front brake pad replacement & One rear brake pad replacement are provided free of cost within the Ather Care Max plan.

In my Ather Care plan, I’m eligible for wear & tear part replacement discount and labour discount only once. What happens after that?

Once the plan’s discount limits are exhausted (once a year/twice a year as per the plan), there will be no further discounts on part replacements or labour charges.

Can I utilize the free periodic maintenance benefit even if I’m not due for periodic maintenance?

No. Periodic maintenance for Ather scooters is to be done once every 5000 kms. You’ll need to have driven at least 4700 kms since the previous service interval in order to utilize the free periodic maintenance benefit.

If I have purchased one of the Ather Care plans, can I avail discounts on accessory fitting charges?

No. Ather Care plans do not provide discounts for accessory fitting charges.

If I have purchased one of the Ather Care plans & ride more than 10000 kms, will the plan still be valid?

Ather Care plans will expire in 12 months or 10,000 kms from the date of purchase, whichever is earlier.

How will the 10,000 kms mark be calculated for owners purchasing the plan?

Odometer reading will be automatically captured from the scooter data on the date of purchasing the plan.

Can I purchase the plan through the Ather App?

No, Ather Care plans can only be purchased at authorized Ather Service Centers.

Can I purchase the plan just before giving the scooter for service?

Yes. Ather Care gets activated immediately after purchase. You can buy it just before giving the scooter for service.

Can I upgrade or downgrade the Ather Care plan in the middle of my plan’s timeline?

No, upgrades & downgrades are not possible while your plan is still active. Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of the plan’s purchase.

Is Ather Care available for all Ather scooters?

No. Currently, Ather Care can only be purchased for the 450 Series scooters (450, 450 Plus, 450S, 450X, 450 Apex).
