How can I subscribe to the Ather RSA plan?
You can purchase the plan from the Ather AppTM or from your nearest Ather Experience Centre.
How can I request RSA in case of an emergency?
You can call the helpline number 7676811777 or place a request through the Ather AppTM.
What situations does the Ather RSA plan cover?
The plan covers flat tire, charge runout, scooter breakdown and accident cases.
Can I request RSA if I run out of charge in the middle of the road?
Yes, you can. We will tow your scooter to the nearest Ather touchpoint, no questions asked.
How many times can I use the RSA service within the 12 month period?
There is no limit to the number of times you can make an RSA request.
Once the RSA picks up my Ather, where is it towed to?
Once picked up, your Ather will be towed to the nearest Ather Space, Service Centre, Ather Grid or whatever the situation demands. RSA is free up to 100 km from the nearest Ather touchpoint.
What happens if my location is more than 100 km from the nearest Ather touchpoint?
RSA is free up to 100 km. Beyond this, you’ll be charged ₹22 for every additional kilometre.
Are there additional charges if I request for RSA at night?
Not at all. Once subscribed, you don’t have to pay for RSA at any time of the day.
In case of an emergency, how long does the RSA vehicle take to reach the pickup location?
If the pickup location is within city limits, we’ll try our best to reach in 60 min and if it’s outside city limits, we’ll be there in 150 min.
Can I ask for the scooter to be dropped at my home instead of the nearest Ather touchpoint?
For safety reasons, we’ll tow your scooter to the nearest Ather touchpoint to get it checked. Once that’s done, you can take it home.
Will I get a free RSA subscription with a new scooter?
No, it needs to be purchased separately.
Can I redeem/ request Roadside Assistance immediately after purchasing an RSA plan?
RSA redemptions are subject to a mandatory 15-day waiting period after purchase and cannot be redeemed immediately
