What is the duration of charger warranty?
All Ather chargers come with a standard warranty of 3 years.
What is covered under charger warranty?
All Ather chargers including portable and DOT are eligible for charger warranty.
How can I extend my charger warranty?
Unfortunately, we do not provide extended warranty on the charger currently.
What are the conditions under which warranty will not be applicable on my charger?
Warranty will not be applicable in the instance of physical damages to the charger. Ather service center will reserve the rights to provide warranty on the charger after conducting thorough inspection.
