Paint Protection Film is a durable, transparent, and virtually invisible thermoplastic urethane film applied directly to your scooter's painted surfaces. It acts as a sacrificial layer, protecting your factory paint from everyday damage.

Daily riding in city traffic, tight parking spaces, and environmental factors can easily cause scratches, swirl marks, and stains on your scooter's paint. PPF provides a robust barrier against:

• Minor scratches and scuffs
• Stone chips and road debris
• Insect stains and bird droppings
• Swirl marks from cleaning

Our high-quality PPF is optically clear and designed to be virtually invisible. It enhances the richness of your scooter’s original paint with a high-gloss finish, without altering its color or design.

Although we use premium-grade PPF that is formulated with UV inhibitors to resist yellowing and remain optically clear for years, there will be slight changes over the natural time. If any undue change happens, we will cover that under warranty.

Yes. The film has self-healing properties. Minor scratches and swirl marks on the film's surface will disappear over time with exposure to heat from the sun or warm water, keeping the finish looking smooth and new.

Not at all. The film is designed to bond with the surface without harming the factory paint underneath. When the time comes, it can be safely removed by a trained technician without leaving any residue or causing damage.

Yes, our PPF application comes with a warranty that covers issues like yellowing, bubbling, and cracking. Please read the warranty documents below for more information.

PPF can be brought both from our Experience Centers or from our Service Centres.

PPF installation is available exclusively at Ather Service Centers & authorised third party vendors. This ensures the work is carried out by trained professionals in a controlled environment for the best results.

PPF installation typically takes a few hours. We recommend contacting your preferred Ather Service Center to schedule an appointment and get a more precise time estimate.

We strongly advise against self-installation. Achieving a perfect, bubble-free finish requires special tools, a clean environment, and specific techniques. Our technicians are certified to ensure the film is applied flawlessly for maximum protection and longevity. Self installation also voids the warranty.

Our PPF kits are precision-cut to fit all painted body parts. Headlights, non painted parts are not covered.

You can wash your scooter as you normally would. Please wait 48 hours after application before doing any wash. We recommend regular hand washing with a quality pH-neutral shampoo and a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid using abrasive brushes or high-pressure water jets very close to the film's edges.

Detailed Care instructions below : 

• Clean the product installed surface regularly including the edges of the product where dirt can build up using a clean microfiber towel.
• Remove any smashed bugs or tree sap or other materials from the product as soon as possible to prevent corrosive effects.
• Avoid use of a high pressure water source near the edges of the product to avoid peeling.
• Avoid use of abrasives like powder and clay-type cleaners, degreasers, rough sponges and paper towels.
• Avoid use of Solvent based cleaners, bug removers, rubbing compound or any harsh abrasive materials.
• Avoid a lot of pressure on the product when cleaning.
• The Periodical Maintenance after every six months is mandatory to avail the warranty benefits.

No, PPF is not a part of standard insurance coverage. Some insurance companies cover the same via add-ons. Please check with your insurance partner for the same.
